Little Art Story Weekly $50 Art Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Weekly $50 Art Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by DKK Technology LLC, doing business as Little Art Story, Short Hills, New Jersey ("Sponsor"). Contact: zen@dkkllc.com. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Shopify, or any other platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any liability connected with the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 30, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period is divided into weekly entry periods. The first weekly period runs from September 30, 2026 through October 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET; each following weekly period runs Monday 12:00 a.m. ET through Sunday 11:59 p.m. ET. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Visit littleartstory.com/pages/giveaway and submit the entry form with your valid email address (first name optional). Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Giveaway Period; additional entries will be disregarded. Your entry remains eligible for every weekly drawing from the time it is received until the end of the Giveaway Period, unless you win (see Section 6). Joining the Little Art Story email newsletter is optional and does not affect your chances of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, or using multiple or fake email addresses, are void.

5. Drawings and Odds

On or about each Monday from October 5, 2026 through December 28, 2026 (13 drawings), Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received before the end of the preceding weekly period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded per weekly drawing (13 prizes total): a single-use $50.00 USD discount code for merchandise at littleartstory.com. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $50.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $650.00. The code expires 60 days after it is issued, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with other discount codes. Any unused value is forfeited. Shipping costs and taxes above the code value, if any, are the winner's responsibility. Limit one prize per person and per household for the entire Giveaway Period; a winner's entry is removed from later drawings.

7. Winner Notification

Each winner will be notified at the email address used to enter within 3 days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random. Sponsor may publish a winner's first name, last initial and state (for example, "Jane D., Ohio") on its website and social channels unless prohibited by law or the winner asks Sponsor not to.

8. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy (littleartstory.com/policies/privacy-policy). Sponsor will send you marketing emails only if you choose to join the newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may select winners from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of a prize.
