Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec
Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec was a French Post-Impressionist painter who documented the cafes, cabarets, and dance halls of Montmartre in Paris, especially the Moulin Rouge, with a quick, expressive line. He is also remembered as a pioneer of the illustrated poster, a form he helped turn into a genuine art.
This collection includes At the Moulin Rouge, Moulin de la Galette, and Equestrienne (At the Cirque Fernando). Each canvas is made to order on stretched canvas, with its size labeled against the true dimensions of the original, so scale is never a guess.
