J. M. W. Turner
J.M.W. Turner was a British Romantic painter celebrated for atmospheric landscapes and seascapes that pushed color and light to the edge of abstraction. Working in the early nineteenth century, he painted storms, sunsets, and the industrial changes of his era with equal intensity, and his later work is often seen as anticipating modern painting.
This collection includes The Fighting Temeraire, Rain, Steam and Speed, The Lake of Zug, and Whalers. Every canvas is made to order and labeled with its size against the original painting's real dimensions, so the scale is never left to guesswork.
