The frame itself
What size paper fits inside?
Standard kids’ paper up to about 6 × 8 inches. Bigger drawings can be folded along a margin or trimmed.
How many drawings does each frame hold?
About 50 sheets behind the active piece. Enough for a full year of weekly drawings.
What’s the frame made of?
Solid wood with real glass (not acrylic). The front opens with a magnetic seal — no clips or hinges that can break.
Does it ship ready to hang?
Yes. Hanging hardware is pre-attached. Hang it like a normal picture frame.
Can it sit on a shelf or desk?
Not stably right now — it’s designed to hang. If you want a tabletop version, let us know; we’re listening.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently the contiguous United States. We’re working on Canada and the UK next.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–6 business days after that.
Is shipping free?
Free US shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $5.95.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & guarantees
What if I don’t love it?
Return any frame within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. The frame just needs to be in resaleable condition.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll ship a replacement the same day, no return needed.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — if you ordered a single and want to switch to a bundle, just email us and we’ll sort it out.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but we’re adding it for the holiday season. Frames ship in clean unbranded boxes if you’d like to gift them as-is.
Can you include a gift note?
Yes — add it in the cart “notes” field at checkout and we’ll handwrite it.
Is this a good grandparent gift?
Probably the best one we make. Pair a 2- or 3-pack with a stack of your kid’s recent drawings to load behind the glass.
